WELCOME TO GOOD FOR THE SOUL RETREAT 2022
We have come together to create a magical day to completely replenish you at all levels of your being – body, mind, heart and soul. 11 practitioners in the fields of wellbeing, psychology, body work, energy healing, shamanism, coaching and mindfulness have combined forces to bring you joy and healing, in the most beautiful setting.
My work as a retreat facilitator over the last 15 years has taught me that beauty is a healing for the soul in its own right. Combine it with time out, space to be yourself with like-minded people, restorative practices and reflective practices and you have the perfect formula for gentle transformation.
We are so excited to welcome you to YOUR day – YOUR time out for you, to rest, reset and refocus, while having a load of fun.
Joanne Sumner
Featuring stunning sculptures by renowned sculptor Simon Gudgeon as well as thirty other international sculptors.

THE DAY
In creating our programme for the day, we wanted to honour all aspects of the human being – body, mind, heart, soul. The programme allows you to choose from three workshops in each of these four areas, so that you create your own path through the day. Additionally, you can choose to give yourself extra love and support by working with one of our therapists who are stationed around the Sculpture Park in areas of particular beauty to create just the right setting for you to heal and gain clarity on life.
